Cancellation Policy
All luxury color services require a $50 non-refundable deposit, except color corrections ($100 deposit). All other services have a 50% charge for cancellations and no-shows. Any clients showing up 10 minutes late to an appointment are considered no-show. Please let me know within 48 hours of said appointment if you need to reschedule/cancel. New client color services are not booked after 3pm to ensure adequate timing and the best possible results for every guest. Refunds are not offered, so please inform me if any changes need to be made within 24 hours after the appointment for a complementary modification. By booking an appointment, you are complying with this policy.
